Trish Rushing joined Red Rock’s Commercial Brokerage Team in 2019. She specializes in sales, leasing, development and investment opportunities. Trish began her career in Commercial Real Estate in 2013 at Capital Growth Buchalter, Inc as part of their Build to Suit Development team. She served as Development Manager for 5 years helping the team navigate build to suit projects in 27 states and for clients such as Mattress Firm, Shopko, Chipotle, Taco Bell, Dollar General, AT&T, Kay Jewelers, Panera and Good Year Tires. In 2018 she received her brokers License and took the opportunity to become the Real Estate Director for Integrity First Realty Group a subsidiary of Pate Companies in Tuscaloosa, AL. During her time at Integrity First she worked with clients and tenants such as Murphy Oil USA, Popeyes, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Burger King, Circle K, Mapco, Huddle House, and with many local municipalities on incentive package negotiations. Trish obtained her CCIM designation in 2022.

Trish resides in Helena, AL with her Husband Clint, their two children. Trish is a board member of Stryker Strong, a local charity raising awareness for TBRS Communities and Anoxic Brain Injuries. She is also a foster parent for many local animal rescue groups in the Birmingham area. Trish and Clint enjoy watching college football, hosting get gatherings with friends, visiting the Florida gulf coast as much as possible to boat, beach, deep sea fishing and visit with friends and family where they are both originally from.
