Thomas C. Joyce, Jr. joined Red Rock Realty Group in 2016 as a Principal Owner and serves as President where he oversees the management team, day-to-day company operations, and strategic growth of the management division. His dedication to cultivating enduring, trust-based relationships with team members and clients is central to his approach, ensuring he consistently acts with their best interests in mind.
Tommy has over three decades of commercial real estate experience having managed and directed nearly ten million square feet of retail, office, industrial and medical properties with an asset value of over $750,000.000. Prior to joining Red Rock, Tommy has had an extensive and distinguished career with other prominent Birmingham-based commercial real estate firms where he has served in senior management and leadership positions.
Tommy is a native of Birmingham, and has been married to his wife, Tracy, for over 27 years. They have a son who is following in his father’s footsteps and joined Red Rock in the property management division in 2022, and a daughter who is pursuing a career in medicine. In his free time, Tommy enjoys, hunting, fishing, playing golf and Alabama football.
