Service calls will be scheduled within 1-2 days from receipt of the request. Tenants will be charged for the repair cost to include trip charges if any of the following have been determined:
*Damage or repairs were caused by tenant neglect (to include guests)
*If repair is the responsibility of the tenant per the lease agreement.
*If tenant refuses or restricts access to the premises when requested.
